What are your business hours?

Our storefront is open Tuesday-Thursday 10-6, Friday 10-5, Saturday 10-4.  Please refer to our facebook for any announcements regarding changes in business hours. 

How can I best reach you?

For any questions about items or to inquire about your order, please email ashley@boutique540.com Please do not message my personal Facebook page or utilize any other social media outlet for official means of communication. Other forms of communication may not receive a response.  All inquiries are responded to within 24-48 business hours.

What is your latest processing time?

We currently operate under a 10-14 business day TAT unless otherwise stated.
If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing!

Returns and Exchanges

All sales of custom products and/or services on this website are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges allowed. There will be no exceptions.  We do allow exchanges on all boutique clothing/items within 10 days of purchase if items are in new, unused condition with tags intact. 

Please carefully review all products before purchasing to ensure that you have purchased the correct product. We truly believe in giving more than receiving and each of our products and services is designed by keeping this core principle in mind. The prices are intentionally kept reasonably low in price as compared to market value to provide you excellent, quality items at an affordable price. Failure to use the product you purchased from us does not give you the right to refuse payment of any associated charges.

Why is my shipping cost so high?

Your shipping cost may be high for two possible reasons. If you are ordering multiple garments, they are over one pound and must be sent the more expensive way thru USPS.  All shipping is calculated by weight of the items and to your specific address. We do offer local pickup in our storefront in Verona, VA
